I mentioned that we have been reading "The Gingerbread Boy" by Paul Galdone. Great story. So, on our last day of school before the holiday break, we made our own gingerbread people. We put them in the oven and those sneaky little creatures got out and ran into the backyard! Lucky thing, our children are good hunters. All escapees were detained and ENJOYED!!
