To finish off January and our lesson on coconuts, we made Coconut Cream Pie. I have to be honest, it wasn't the children's favorite dessert. But, it was fun to make AND try a new food with a new texture. And, Maia LOVED it!
Easy to make Coconut Cream Pie:
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
shredded coconut
graham cracker pie crust
